My daughter's bitty twin girl shoes from the Sunny Days set have separated. They were left in the van yesterday for about 3 hours in hot weather. When we got home they were separated. I'm thinking the temperature probably melted the glue holding them together. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm not sure about what glue to try using or if I should take them to someone who repairs shoes? Any help would be appreciated. My daughter is so sad and thinks it's her fault for wanting to take them and then leaving them in the van. She was more sad when I told her they don't make them anymore and can't be replaced. Thanks.

Would Alleen's Craft Glue work? I don't have those particular shoes, but I think I would try the craft glue on any shoes I had that separated.
Anyone else have experience with this?

I'd use E-6000. You can get it at Walmart in the craft section. I use this for gluing on rhinestones and japanese pearls to pageant dresses amoung other things and it is wonderful. I just glued the sole back on Kit's shoes with it and it worked great!
